1. Minimum Participants

Most trips require a minimum of 2 people to confirm the booking.

2. Payment Policy

Deposit: Some operators require a 50% deposit upon booking, with the balance payable upon arrival.
Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal (may incur ~4.9% surcharge), or cash on arrival.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund

  • 24–48 hours before tour: 25–50% cancellation fee

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund

  • Refund processing time: Typically within 7–10 business days

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • More than 48 hours in advance: Free rescheduling

  • 24–48 hours in advance: 25% rescheduling fee

  • Less than 24 hours: 50% rescheduling fee

5. Other Conditions

  • Weather dependent: Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unsafe sea/weather conditions

  • Age & health requirements: Some tours may have age limits or require participants to be in good health

  • Private trips: Available upon request and subject to availability

  • Liability: Participants may be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks of water activities

  • Check operator policies: Always read the specific terms of your chosen tour operator

  • Travel insurance: Recommended to cover snorkeling and water activities

  • Gear condition: Ask about or inspect the snorkeling gear, or bring your own if preferred
